Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a room with a view that was very special at sunset and sunrise, spotlessly clean, warm, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever come across in my travels. While nice, the room was nothing special for the price and did not include any extras. The beautiful rooms and views were definitely a highlight.
The hotel offers rooms that are a bit small but with a great little terrace featuring an excellent view once the mist clears. The service is top-notch with staff going the extra mile with special gestures. The location is amazing, close to tourist activities and notable landmarks. The dining experience, while divine and plentiful, comes with limited sitting options for soaking in the view. The facilities are on point, catering to a range of needs.
The hotel offers excellent views and well-appointed rooms, ideal for a mountain stay. However, there could have been more information on shared facilities with Lilianfels. The service, reminiscent of a B&B style, was friendly and accommodating, though missing a touch of luxurious hotel professionalism. The location is amazing, with breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains and convenient access to scenic walking tracks. Dining was of high quality, with lovely views, but somewhat minimal options. Overall, a great choice for a mountain retreat.
